TWO ATLANTA GAY PRIDE ATTENDEES SHOT IN THE HEAD ’EXECUTION STYLE’
Two men who had attended the recent Gay Black Pride celebration in Atlanta, Georgia were found dead in an apartment in that city, having each been shot in the head "execution style," according to online reports.
One victim, Samuel Blizzard Jr., 21, was a student at Georgia State University, reported a Sept. 7 story at Examiner.com. The other was Calvin Streater, 26, a local resident.

ATLANTA POLICE DEPT. ESTABLISHES LGBT ADVISORY BOARD
This week, the Atlanta Police Department named nine men and women to a newly-formed advisory board. The members, all active in Atlanta's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities, will work with the police department's LGBT liaison. HRC ENDORSES KENDRICK MEEK IN FLORIDA SENATE RACE
Kendrick Meek is running for Senate in Florida, and today, he received the endorsement of the Human Rights Campaign. Meek is the presumptive Democratic nominee the same way that Marco Rubio is presumed to be the Republican nominee for the Senate. The race is a three way between Meek, Rubio and Charlie Crist, who is running as an independent.
